SHIPMENTS
Deliveries on Italian territory are made by shipping with UPS express courier within 48 / 72h from the date of departure. The departure of goods by UPS courier is arranged from Monday to Wednesday and subject to payment of the well ordered items.
The delivery time on Italian territory can last up to a maximum of 3/4 days for some locations and islands.
Orders with payment by bank transfer in advance will be processed after verification of payment.
Each shipment is associated with a tracking number through which you can check the transit status of the shipment. Delivery will take place exclusively at the destination address indicated by you when placing your order. There is no minimum order. For orders of € 50 or more, shipping is free in Italy. Orders will be shipped from Monday to Wednesday to avoid leaving products in the warehouses on the weekend. Products that need to be transported at a controlled temperature will travel in a cool place thanks to the use of refrigerant gel and thermal boxes lined with polystyrene.
SHIPMENTS ABROAD
Like over 5 million Italians living abroad, we know how difficult it is to give up the quality of Italian products, especially for the many Sicilians living abroad who would like to savor the products of their homeland. Obviously we are also more than excited to see the many orders made by foreigners who love Sicilian food.
For this reason we have active shipments for these countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Wales, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Principality of Monaco, Romania, Scotland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Spain, Hungary.
Unfortunately at the moment we cannot offer free shipping for foreign shipments, we have put our utmost effort to guarantee a fairly low cost for shipping.

For shipments abroad we make use of the partnership with UPS with which you will be able to keep track of your order from the moment it leaves our company until it arrives at the delivery address you have indicated.
IN CASE OF NON-DELIVERY
If at the time of delivery you were absent, the person in charge will make a new delivery attempt the next day, up to a maximum of three attempts.
Contact the carrier if you wish to request that the delivery take place at a different address, then reschedule the delivery for a day in which you are available, or arrange the collection of the shipment at the nearest courier office.
After the third failed delivery attempt, the carrier will put the shipment in storage at its nearest warehouse before returning it to the sender.
1 WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY DEFECTS
Upon delivery, check the number of packages and carefully check the external appearance of the packages. If the number of packages delivered does not correspond to that indicated on the waybill, on the accompanying invoice or on the transport document, or if the packaging shows evident signs of tampering, alterations or deformations that could lead to presume any damage or alteration of the content , you can refuse the shipment or, alternatively, accept it "WITH RESERVE" in order to verify the good condition of the goods.

The legal guarantees provided for in articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of the Products. You will have the right, at your choice and provided that the type of product allows it, to restore, without charge, the conformity of the product by replacement, or to an adequate reduction in the price or to terminate the contract.
These rights expire if you do not report the lack of conformity to Customer Service within two months from the date on which you discovered the defect, provided that they are not products that by their nature are perishable or subject to expiry in a shorter period. , in which case the defect must be reported within this shortened term.
